Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipping from your account panel or by contacting support. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted for eligible products within 7 days of delivery, subject to product condition, tags, and packaging.
3. Non-returnable Items
Customized products, intimate wear, and items marked non-returnable are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
4. Refund Timeline
After return quality checks, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. COD refunds may be processed via bank transfer/UPI.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping or COD charges may be non-refundable unless return is due to a wrong/damaged item.
6. Damaged / Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, report within 48 hours with unboxing proof for priority resolution.
